Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us in their original condition, with all tags intact, within 14 days of receipt. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund excluding the original delivery charge.

Please note that this refund policy is not applicable during any kind of Sale periods. Due to the nature of promotional sales, all items purchased during a Sale are final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

When trying on clothing, please ensure that items do not come into contact with substances that may mark or add scent to them, such as perfume, deodorant, smoke, or similar. We reserve the right to refuse returns where these conditions have not been met.

All returned items must be sent back by post, enclosed with the returns note stating the reason for return and any relevant documentation. If the returns note is unavailable, please include a piece of paper with your order number and name.
