Dispatch of your items

All orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation. Confirmations are sent via e-mail when the order is ready to ship. Next day deliveries are subject to order placement and availability.

All order we will be shipped free of cost T's & C's

All orders are final so before submitting an order please ensure all details are correct, once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping address and cancel orders. If you no longer want your item, you will need to send the item back to our Returns Department for a refund.

 Terms and Condition: IF customer return the dress shipping charge and handling’s charge of £10 per dress will be deduct.

🚨 No Return, No Exchange Policy During Season Sale 🚨

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the item or items to us in its original condition in the warehouse and all tags intact within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt. All Clearance sale items are non-returnable, however, if the item is unsuitable, we are able to issue a credit note.

When trying on items of clothing, please make sure that they do not come in contact with anything that may mark or add scent to them, for e.g. Perfume, deodorant, smoke etc. We will be unable to accept any returned item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been adhered to. The item or items must be returned to us by post enclosed with the returns note stating the purpose of return and any other enclosed documentation.
